WebGear began operations in 1998 as USPT Gear serving the U.S. military community. The company’s first webstore, www.usptgear.com, provided athletic and casual military apparel to the U.S. Navy’s Recruiting Command (and has since expanded to include all branches of the U.S. military). In 2001, the Company began developing a customized inventory, procurement and customer service system to integrate with and support its webstores. Since then, WebGear expanded its base of clients to include major national organizations and companies within a diverse number of industries and sectors. WebGear now operates more than 75 webstores.
